As soon as the notification popped up that a door dasher would be taking care of my order I knew it wouldn’t arrive. SURPRISE SURPRISE IT WAS STOLEN, neither papa john’s nor door dash will give me a refund.

When I walked in the restaurant I was told by manager that my pizzas were in the oven, they would be ready in 10 - 15 min. After standing there in the store 30 minutes I asked again, and was told we had other orders to make first, just put yours in the oven, and they'll be ready in another 20 - 30 more minutes. After 30 more minutes they said my order still wasn't ready. I asked them to just cancel my order... Smh Completely Unacceptable.

I mean seriously, its the biggest item on the order. Its not like its inconspicuous. I love the wings but never have any idea how much sauce is going be on them or if there is going to be any at all. Im over playing order roulette with these guys. If you cant get consistency from a place you cant trust any order you place there.
