    So I go through the drive-through order three-quarter pounder patties with cheese and a small fry when I get my order it’s normally in a plastic bag that way the tray that they put it in can lay correct and not spill, the lady handed me my order in a paper bag upright which at the time didn’t think it was a problem. Until it was. My burgers have no cheese on them and the platter that they put them in does not have an airtight seal. I didn’t think about it but it leaked grease all in my 2025 Infiniti QX 60 Napa leather seats in the passenger side cause of Grease from the burger patties leaked out soak through the bag onto my seats 🤬🤬🤬

    Very bad experience!! They forgot my cheeseburger, forgot my sauces and they got all the stuff I wanted on my burger wrong then my burger was also raw.

    This location on JFK is very fast and friendly. The food was fresh and made correctly as order. The store is clean and well stocked.

    Whatever big back y’all got working the drive through made me reach almost all the way in the window to pay because he was too lazy to stick his arm out. Also making somebody pull to the side of the building and wait 30mins for a simple mcchicken is crazy when yall have no customers.
