No ketchup in the dispensers (this may be common practice now), had to ask for it at the counter. As a customer walked in she almost slipped on the just mopped floor. After almost slipping the gentleman mopping the floors just mopped back over the area she almost slipped on, making the floors almost unpassabble. We had to use extreme caution as we slipped and slid out of the restaurant. Our sandwiches were messily put together, fries were not completely cooked, cold to the touch. As we were leaving we noticed a customer bringing a wrong order in that was ordered through the drive-thru. Not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the money.
