  Tried to give this store a 2nd chance after my terrible experience a couple weeks back. 12/31: Training new girl at first window, sweet and caring staff there. The 2nd window is ALWAYS the problem. Instead of accurately giving me my order and speaking to the customer, the black employee was rapping with an airpod in his ear. Manager was in back observing and laughing. Tried to call store, no answer. The service and food quality are not the best, but never to the point it came to today. Before the 2nd window, there seems to be a stall. This is due to the worker (black man with locs and a hoodie under his blue mcdonalds shirt with gaps in his mouth) asking a customer in front of me for her personal information. He is holding up the drive thru line to try to give this girl his information. This is actually very unprofessional and not a standard that I would want my employees to follow considering it is disrespectful to the brand along with the customers that he is wasting their time. I am always on a time crunch on the way to work and this caused detrimental minutes to be added to my route. When I pulled up to the window, my drink was not finished. I ordered a frappe, 2 men with locs were just standing talking and laughing. He walks over to the frap machine to make it, doesnt put whipped cream. He attempts to hand it to me at the window with no whipped cream, so I asked where it was. The other boy let him know that he told him that I would notice. If this is standards to have whipped cream then why is it not being followed? If he knew I was going to say something then he shouldve done it right the first time. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing him for having an expectation for something I paid for. He then hands me the bag of food. I ask him for BBQ, he tells me it is in the bag. It was not in the bag. It is ridiculous that they are not being checked or confirmed. The fries were nasty and brown. This location is trashy. I tried to call to speak to a manager 10 minutes after, no answers at all. Phone just rings. I would like to be contacted about my experience. This man should not be working there if he is not able to abide by policies or standards. It is very inappropriate to try to court with people while you are being employed. Employees have no name tags at all, some don’t even have the correct shirts on. Hot mess at this location.

  Horrible service does not pay attention to order details and no receipt given .Barley speaks and talks to you like we are playing the quit game. Charged me for a meal give me the sandwich only. And mush mouth with the dreads at the window needs people skilles

  This has been happening on several occasions in not sure how much money I’ve lost because I place a mobile order and I go to pick it up but it’s close to them closing so they don’t answer the phone or the drive thru even when I go up and bang on the windows I’m ignored and I’ve wasted me my money

  My family doesn't eat McDonalds often at all, maybe a few times a year. This visit was a last minute, late meal. Our order was correct with all requested condiments, drinks were good, food was fresh and actually good. Drive thru staff were very pleasant.
