The way she carries herself with positivity and notices the small things like needing lids when we were getting full. She made sure last time that we were all enjoying our food and asked if there was anything we needed. She is attentive and of good spirit. I request recognition from her higher ups. We need more people like JoJo in the service industry.

I also know that this restaurant is in a busy location and sees a lot of people at any given hour. So, perhaps, this explains the complaints regarding occasional lack of supplies and items. This might also explain how, depending on when one comes, one might not see a perfectly clean space-- when the restaurant is highly busy back-to-back without time to re-tidy in-between. But, in my experience, the service is amazing! Also, it's obvious that they are eager to improve and to make things right whenever a problem is brought to their attention. Although I certainly am not a fan of messiness or lack of items or supplies, I am willing to temporarily overlook and give the benefit of the doubt when there's great service and considering that the constant busyness leaves little down time to restock and clean sometimes.
