- RBReneasha Black1 day ago3.0I got a southwest salad and medium lemonade. The salad was awesome as usual, but that lemonade wasn't it. And I normal like their lemonade, but a third of my cup was lemon pulp. It's was so unbelievable and nasty, I took a picture of it.

When i and a friend pulled up the employee said my name and handed me a bag. I ordered two ice cream cups and a brownie. He handed me a brownie. I asked about the ice cream and he handed me a cone. I explained it was two cups. He turned and said to the manager, a young girl, that i had an attitude. At this point i got one. I asked why would i not have one if he was gonna treat me like that and the manager laughed at me. She then told me to pay again. I explained i had already paid or my order wouldnt be up. She replied "when you pay you will get your ice cream." And laughed again. I hope they have cameras and can watch how rude and disrespectful these employees are and how they mocked and laughed and escalated the situation til i just left. I will never return to chick fil a. Horrible service. Drove across the street and received excellent service at freddy's. My friend will never return either.

- DMDustin MullensApr 9, 20261.0Chicken fil a really needs to start putting sauce inside the bag when you pick it up instead of relying on someone to hand it to you outside who may or may not be there. Their chicken is practically inedible without sauce. When I talk to the people at chick fil a about this they say that I can come back and get more sauce. I only have an hour on my lunch break. So if they dont put sauce in my bag I have to eat boring chicken because I dont have time to drive all the way back there and sit through the drive through or wait through a long line inside to get more sauce. The only real solution to this is to stop eating chick fil a altogether.
