- LLLaurenNov 12, 20251.0We finally just had to stop going altogether. The food is good but the customer service is always terrible. Rude employees who act like they would rather be anywhere else. This is ongoing over a year and yet the turnover rate is high so they just keep employing the same kind of people. I wish we had a jersey Mike's because they are reasonably priced with great customer service. If subway continues this way they won't have any business eventually.

She didn’t hand me a cup for my drink or say anything else. Very rude. I will not go back if they are working. Pretzel and coke not worth it. August 10, approximately 6:45pm.
