I go to sonic often because i love their breakfast burrito and usually the staff is so sweet and ive always enjoyed it. Today was not that experience. Id ordered online because unfortunately nashville is behind in times and doesnt have tap to pay. The system glitched so i had to order my drink and breakfast burrito separately. The app told me to call the store which i did and the lady on the phone who sounds like she smokes a pack a day was rude when telling me she needs a name to move the orders together. Theres a way to ask someone okay can i get your name for both orders so i can put them together. But no apparently talking to people with manners is out the window. But what really got me is i payed almost 7 for a burrito and 5 for a drink just for the burrito to be mostly cold and that same woman on the phone brought me my order and i didnt even get any picante sauce in the bag. Ive never had such a rude experience and although i will come back because this was a one off for me i however hope i dont come across her again.

Took over 30 minutes just to get a milk shake and an ice cream Sundae.... the milkshake was made wrong. Over half of the Sundae was whipped cream. So disappointed.

It started when we tried to order the food her not even doing the combos correctly and leaving my wife's fries completely out of the order. Then didn't get my child's drink on there either. Brought our food out and realized that those items were missing, told the lady and she said shed fix it.. she came back with the drink swiped the card again. Then asked her for the fries again. This time an older lady comes out with the fries and I was telling her what was happening that I thought the other lady had already charged for the fries. She has an attitude right away saying she can rewright the whole recipit for me..
