  Since this Sonic opened i have only been there 7 times and every time I swear I'm not going back! ALL seven times I've been here they have NEVER managed to get my order correct. I ordered the $6 Smasher deal and customized the burger. How hard is it to follow a simple order. I wanted NO MAYONNAISE, NO PICKLES, NO LETTUCE, EXTRA DICED ONIONS, MUSTARD, AND TOMATOES. They put some kind of orange looking sauce on the burger as well as... PICKLES, NO MUSTARD, NO TOMATOES, AND NOT A SINGLE DICED ONION. I will NEVER stop here again and I will drive the 7 miles to the Gassville Sonic where they have NEVER made a mistake with my order AND I can get Breakfast all day. I stop at Gassville Sonic no fewer than three times a month. I would not recommend the Mountain Home Sonic to a dog! Save your money and avoid this Sonic like the plague!

  A little upsetting not gonna lie. I ordered my food like the usual waited about 15 minutes after it said it’s on the way, which is absolutely fine no complaints there. But when I looked into the bag and found out the mozzarella sticks I got; came with no marinara, I hate being that person, but I called back in to ask for some, which again was fine. It was the girl who brought out the marinara sauce that was totally unprofessional. She stormed all the way back to my car roughly handed me two marinara packets, almost putting her head in my car and being very passive aggressive, Like come on, it’s just marinara sauce. It’s not that big of a deal. She acted like it came out of her paycheck.

  We used the drive thru. The staff is nice. Very quick service. The French fries are too die for!! They are cooked too perfectly 👌 the burgers are tasty also.

  Used the app to order. Hop brought out my food. One item missing. I had to call and the person told me they were out of said item. She said the hop should have told me. She didn't tell me anything. Then she said she'd refund me for the item. No refund has hit my account and it's been three weeks. This company is untrustworthy. They will steal your money and don't care if you don't get your food. Be warned.

  Went there for lunch.Tried to order it double cheese burger combo and onion rings.Then we was no onion rings, no fries, the only thing left was cheese sticks, so ended up with a shake only.Pretty bad when you run out of basic stuff like that.
