  Well since customer service always wants to waste my time with pictures & receipts I'll come here. I barely used this place until recently as I have a toddler. However in the last 2 months I've used them I have received burnt but ice cold food, ice cold burgers that were so rock hard even the dog wouldn't or couldn't eat it, and just yesterday I spent $12 on a Grinch meal only to have the whole bottom of the cheaply made box fall out and the food go all over the ground on my way from the car to the house(didn't think to take a picture!) I also agree that parking is ridiculous, I could understand the handicap parking but WAAAY too many for mobile orders when that's what I do and I either go thru dt or inside. I will say that the service and friendliness of the employees is at least a 4 star but because of the horrible non edible food and waste of money 1 star is being nice! Customer service has me email tons of info just to send me an automated response (plz see photo) Trying to convince my toddler to eat burger king when we do eat out!

  We use this location if we want McDonald's. They've never screwed up a order, which is rare. The staff is friendly & they pay attention as you order that's why they "Don't screw up your order!" The atmosphere, well I can only say it's a McDonalds.

  Why do customers have to park furthest from the door because the closer spots have been taken by the business for take out and mobile order and no cars even using any of them?
