My wife ordered a cappuccino which she commented was the worst she has ever had, I ordered an espresso. The espresso was served cold in a huge cup I guess no one ever orders expresso around here, anyway not impressed don't know what the big hoopla is over seven brew. They are definitely pricey, we wish you all the best but probably won't give youa second chance, Sorry.

However, I went craving and ICED cappuccino- something CLEARLY available on their menu, which is where I had found the drink to begin with. When I ordered the drink, I was told they "cant do it". I asked why they couldn't do it and was met with "because we have to steam the milk for the froth"... I respond "why does that stop you from being able to pour that over ice?" They continued to argue that it wasnt possible. I changed my order to a latte when I didnt even want a latte. I wanted an ICED CAPPUCCINO... I paid $5 for a drink i didnt want because the location insisted that something ON THE MENU was not able to be done... please make it make sense...

Baristas are friendly, service is fast, and rewards are frequent. Enjoy the pic--This is my Pecan Pie latte (almond milk to cut the carbs), sugar free to make it a little less sweet, and an extra espresso shot for the coffee flavor.
