  The two times we have stopped before work they have us out of the line in less than 5 minutes. 10/10 service and the team just works so efficiently!

  Went and the food wasn’t even fully put together, and was falling apart. Ordered a caramel frappe on the kiosk and they said they couldn’t make that, they didn’t offer a refund. Charged for a frappe and brought out a small fountain drink instead.

  Food was awful took too long to get, then order was wrong and had to be corrected twice and still was wrong. Fries cold. Bad experience all the way around.

  No service. Waited in driveway thru for 10 minutes and no one answered. went to the Taco Bell across the street. The car parked at the food window was still there 10 minutes later when i got my food at taco bell.

  None of the tables were cleaned. We had to clean a table ourself. I went to the front and no one asked me about if I would like to order or even acknowledged me. I used the app and it took money from my account and never had to place an order so I had to go to the front to place an order even though they previously didn't acknowledge me.
