- TTTiny TimeApr 21, 20261.0I ordered delivery and they gave me 2 of the oldest, driest, and hardest 12 inch italian herbs and cheese bread. Im so disappointed in this establishment. Then I called them to ask about it right after I got my food and apparently no one os working right now, smh 🤦
- VWVer WellsssApr 15, 20261.0I was treated very rudely-I mean VERY rude by the staff. It was an unreal experience. Absolutely no regard or care for a customer's satisfaction with the food. They expect you to accept it as is despite spending your hard earned money and will snubb you, especially after you've already paid. I heard of others' bad experiences, mostly with dismal customer service, but never had one until recently. That is my last time patronizing this restaurant, I will go to Subway anywhere but in Monticello due to how I was disregarded.

I told him I wasn’t paying and he got angry threatening to call the police. I left with no food or order and did not pay for food I never received. Monticello do NOT do business with this man.
