  Everything is broken… you have to pull into several different spots to find one that works. Then when the order button finally works, you can’t pay at the kiosk. A very time consuming experience for fast food.

  I don't normally comment on sonic in Monticello, AR but today I ordered a smasher burger when I got to where I was hoping to enjoy it what I got was not what I ordered.. instead I got a nasty McDonalds burger , I eat it but I'm not happy at all, if I wanted to eat a big mac I would have went to McDonalds, if this is what I'm going to get from sonic I'm not going I recommend retraining that cook... When I go to sonic I want it to taste and look like but this time it did not on either....
