- NWNikita WestDec 11, 20253.0I ordered the #1 which was a double bacon cheese deluxe meal, my boyfriend ordered a #3 which is a double backyard bacon ranch meal. The cashier decided to ring us up for two #1’s, one triple and one double. After getting home we realized our food order was wrong. No one else was in the lobby or drive thru during our visit so I don’t understand how she got it wrong. Also, the food she charged us for cost more than what we wanted. After a phone call where we were assured it would be taken care of he had to drive back up there. He returned the food. Yes, the food was replaced but he had to request fresh fries or else they wouldn’t have been given and the cashier had a very lackadaisical attitude about it. She did not offer an apology or to refund the difference of the meals. The food was actually good but the service left much to be desired.
