When she had to ask for help from the other employee who was clearly more experienced, she wasn't corrected or helped at all, the senior employee simply "fixed" it and walked away - leading to more confusion and more mistakes by the new employee. The new employee was very sweet and apologetic, and the experienced employee was mostly useless. I felt bad for the new girl... poor kid

I feel bad for not getting the ladies name but there’s a new lady that works drive thru. Young black girl and a new cook, younger black girl as well. They are both AMAZING! Great customer service and my food has taste the best that it ever has from this location! I pray they stick around for a while!

Then let me come up to the window and pay for it ( It cost EXTRA) Then immediately after I paid told me that they did not have the stuff to make my bowl. Then asked “ Would you like a different bowl?” So I replied “No…..??” Just for them to stare at me like I’m dumb, So then I asked if I could just get the bananaboost smoothie in replacement. Which they said yes. So I guess they just keep the extra payment from my bowl. If Someone Asks if you have something,,, It literally takes two seconds to go and check. Rather than let me pay for it and then tell me you don’t have it. Ridiculous.
