    Actually kind of appalled right now. Went through the drive thru after being told the stalls were closed. My order was 31.49 and I gave her $40.50. She comes back a little while later and hands me 7.50. I proceeded to tell her she initially owed me $9 and I handed her the .50 back and told her to bring me the $2. She gives me $1 and shuts the window immediately. I’m like okay whatever at this point and annoyed bc the whole time she didn’t apologize or say it was a mistake or anything. Just silent attitude. Then I checked my burger and there was no ketchup on it like I asked and they would not come back to the window with me waving and did not give me a receipt. I’m so sick of these rude service industry workers.

    Placed an order ahead through the app for a supersonic breakfast burrito, get home and its just eggs and cheese, I try to offer grace when I can so no big deal, I drive back to the drive thru and explain to the woman what happened, you would think an apology would be met with my complaint, I was met with irritation, I wasn't expecting any handouts but usually when i mess up something the least I offer is an apology but definitely not attitude or irritation but i guess you get what you pay for and i never write these but it definitely did not sit right with me and spoiled my experience.

    Thank you to the workers today. My food was fresh and my order was correct and ready when I arrived. Much appreciated given the icy weather !

    Okay I initially gave them three stars since they tried to scam me for additional food after my card which was processed already. Now they hit a new low yet again I was short $20 of my change then my entire order was wrong and cold. The parking lot becomes a playground for teens after 3pm and the service is corrupt and awful. I highly recommend a different restaurant since there are many in the area

    Whatever you do, DO NOT pay for your food while you’re in line. Been here for 30 mins, guy brought me the wrong food twice. Which he then took to the cars behind me after I opened everything up and touched it. Horrible experience but they take your money within 5 mins to keep you locked in. Go somewhere else you’ll save a ton of time and have a better experience, this is not Fast food.
