I just get a large iced caramel coffee, the other location does this perfectly fine and I don’t have an issue, EVERYTIME I go to this location there is no syrup in it at all, so this time I drove back and told them, they gave me another coffee and I watched them put three shots of cream and 8 pumps of the caramel syrup in my drink and hand that to me. Now I have the exact opposite issue of it’s literally all sugar. Again the other location nearby does this just fine. Just go there ignore this one it’s terrible.
