  Very rude crew in the morning, I don’t expect anyone to be happy and friendly at 5:30 am but they ain’t gotta go out of their way to be rude and argumentative.

  This is my far the most rude and most greedy of all mcdonald's. In the drivethru i was given small cups for happy meals and couldn't bother to have them filled up. So I get a half filled cups because y'all no longer have extra small cups or we're out of them , but if I was inside , I could've filled up my cup ten times and y'all couldn't just top them off. You would rather have called the police than give me a little bit more Sprite in my cup to fill it up. What a headache this mcdonald's has been. Don't waste your money at this place. Go somewhere else and eat better food. Plus the so called manager at the window was putting her fingers inside the cup. God know where they have been!

  Came in at 9 o’clock on March 5 2026 and ordered a quarter pounder no cheese no pickles , waited 20 minutes. Finally got my food. Went home. Another 20 minute ride , got home open the carton and I had a quarter pounder with pickles and cheese, which I did not order. I spent eight dollars. Took a picture of the quarter pounder with pickles and cheese next to the receipt . I came back the next night to get my money back because I did not eat the food , . I was told that could not have my money back. I was told I could not have the manager’s phone number and I was told to use the receipt for the survey. Which I did. Based on the performance of the store, I give it a one star and a thumbs down for poor customer service and for not taking care of the customer and for not giving my money back for food I could not eat that was Prepared Wrong.

  I’ve noticed they sometimes mix up my order. I usually get a caramel macchiato, but sometimes it turns into a caramel latte. They’re both pretty similar, but I really enjoy my caramel macchiato because I can taste the espresso better. When I get a caramel latte, the espresso taste isn’t as strong. Also, some of the staff seem a bit unfriendly. They don’t smile much and they seem unhappy. I understand that working in fast food can be a stressful job. You’re constantly multitasking, ensuring that your customers receive everything they need, avoiding errors on their orders, preparing food, keeping the lobby and restrooms clean, stocking condiments, and managing multiple customers simultaneously. It’s a lot to handle, and it can be emotionally draining. However, we still have to be fast and friendly, even if we don’t feel like it, because it’s our job and our responsibility. While the service isn’t terrible, it could be improved.
