So I called to cancel my order and they said the sandwich was already made so I can’t get a refund!!? I explained to them that I am in arkadelphia and can not drive to Malvern to get the sandwich and they said it was their “new policy”! I sent my husband up there to grab the sandwich and told them that we will not be back ever again because of this. The manager was not there for my husband to speak with them and they said he won’t be there for the whole day. 0 STARS!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! RUDE PEOPLE!!
