  Bought my usual rueban..removed the wrapper and all I could think of is "where's da beef" Seems like the are getting less meat at a really rapid pace .I try not to be real picky but at the price they cost I'm starting to feel like I'm getting screwed since 3/4 of the samwich is bread .Come on Arby's ya gotta do better at the Malvern , Arkansas location.

  Food wasn't hot but omg at the service Mike gives at this location. He is a true gem and this location is lucky to have him. I would have given a 5 star if our fries and poppers and sandwich were hot and not more like room temp. However, Mike makes coming to this location a pure delight. He is so friendly and as cute as a button you just want to put him in your pocket. I love his energy and you can tell he loves his job. Arbys you are lucky to have Mike as part of your team.

  On a drive up to Kentucky from Texas I stopped at this Arby's located in a Love's truck stop. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I was wished to have a happy New Year as soon as I approached the counter which was also really nice and unexpected. The food was really good considering that it's fast food, and I do mean fast. I ordered my meal and literally 30 seconds later the food was in my hands and I was walking to the table. You don't get that kind of fast food even at Wendy's or McDonald's these days so that was another pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was the ketchup dispenser was empty when I got to the condiments station, but that's a quick and easy fix. Overall this is a great little place to get a bite to eat and it's highly recommended for long Road drives.
