  On a drive up to Kentucky from Texas I stopped at this Arby's located in a Love's truck stop. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I was wished to have a happy New Year as soon as I approached the counter which was also really nice and unexpected. The food was really good considering that it's fast food, and I do mean fast. I ordered my meal and literally 30 seconds later the food was in my hands and I was walking to the table. You don't get that kind of fast food even at Wendy's or McDonald's these days so that was another pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was the ketchup dispenser was empty when I got to the condiments station, but that's a quick and easy fix. Overall this is a great little place to get a bite to eat and it's highly recommended for long Road drives.

  Halo at the register did an amazing job taking orders and laying them down in order for the crew to make the orders due to monitors not working, the crew was doing amazing job until the shift “supervisor” older black female that stepped in and just started wadding up the orders that were laid out in order for the crew to make them, then after wadding up the order receipts she handed out the wrong food to the wrong people, and even then they were coming back complaining that they didn’t get certain food. She wasted my 30 minute break just waiting for my order to be complete. She needs to either retire/ bump down or get re-qualified for supervisor position.
