    I placed an order for a small fry at the Magnolia, Arkansas location and selected curbside pickup. After parking in spot 1 and waiting over 15 minutes with no response, I decided to unload my kids and go inside, which was the exact situation I was trying to avoid by choosing curbside. Once inside, I stood at the counter for over three minutes without anyone acknowledging me or offering help. Several customers were also waiting for their food, while most of the staff were standing around talking. To make matters worse, one of the female employees was vaping in the kitchen instead of helping prepare orders. After 20 minutes, I left without ever receiving my food.

    Waited forever in drive thru to be handed the wrong food. Went back through drive thru to get it corrected and was handed the wrong food again. Went inside and waited for them to make the food right. Super rude cashier. Extremely loud in the dining room. Lots of vulgarities. But their ice cream machine hasn't been down any time I've went here...so there's that.
