  I have been here probably hundreds of times through the drive-thru. The service is nearly always super quick (like 2-3 minutes max) and always friendly. Love love love these guys. Everything is freshly made and delicious.

  I visited this Lowell location on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00. Prior to my arrival, I placed (and paid for) my order for a turkey/bacon/ranch sandwich and a smoothie through their mobile app. There were two cars in the drive-thru and no one in the dining room when I arrived. I was promptly greeted by a team member, then just as promptly ignored. After waiting at the register for approximately 10 minutes, the team member informed me that they “no longer serve turkey”, but they could substitute chicken or sausage. I gladly agreed to the chicken substitution. After another 5-7 minutes standing at the register, they informed me that all of their sandwich buns were frozen, but they could make a flatbread. I don’t care for flatbreads, so I politely requested a refund. The team member told me she didn’t know how to do that, then turned around and started working on another order. Another team member came forward and told me that the person who knew how to issue refunds was not there, so they called the store manager. The store manager explained that my receipt would have to be forwarded to the district manager’s office, then my refund would be issued in 5-7 business days. They took a photo of my receipt with a cell phone, then sent me on my way with a paper receipt and no food. I paid for a smoothie with my entrée, but was not offered one. Later that evening, I emailed the store manager and described my experience. More than 72 hours later, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I also tried calling the store, but the manager was not there. And before someone from Tropical Smoothie replies to this review asking me to fill out the online form, I’ve already done that, too. Don’t apologize. Do better.

  Asked for a chicken pesto flatbread and received a McDonalds quality of service, but instead of the mayo being all over the inside of the wrapper it was full of oil… this ruined my lunch and made an annoying mess due to the absurd amount of oil leaking out everywhere. I’m very disappointed in my experience.

  Usually pretty good but just make sure everything is blended. Chunks of ice don’t really go through a straw.
