  It's worth driving the 5 extra minutes to go to the Monroe Ave location. The service is fine (I go around 1pm when they aren't all that busy) and it's usually clean, but every single time I've ordered here my food has been ridiculously underportioned. (Once I got the cantina chicken tacos--$3 each--and they were just so pathetic that I never ordered them again and I avoided this location for months. It was actually incredible how little meat or sauce there was inside, and they didn't put cheese on the outside at all.) Anyway, today I thought I'd give them another chance. I bought a cantina chicken quesadilla. I got one a week ago at a different location (shoutout Farmington Taco Bell, u guys rock) and it was awesome and looked exactly like the menu photo. The quesadilla I got from this location today was literally half the size. I even bought extra avocado verde sauce because I didn't have enough last time; I didn't even need a full package for this one. $8 for a quesadilla that is essentially a rollup/griller-size is insane. I'm not sure if it's just the cantina chicken they're extra stingy with or what, but I'm officially wiping this location from my memory and moving on. Farewell :)

  Some of my friends went to this location around 10pm at night. They were amazing, espically under pressure. One of the workers came up to us after waiting a bit for our food with coupons and apologizing about the wait, saying someone had walked out(quit in the middle of a small night rush)and another coworker was having a tough time. There were only two of them. Yet they still did their best and our food came fresh as well as giving us more coupons. Despite the stressful time, they still treated us with kindness and made sure everything was right. I didnt get their names but if a manager can find out who was working tonight I feel as if the two gentlemen deserve praise and more.

  The employees there are great! Im a regular and have always had a great experience. I just have a complaint towards whoever is the scheduler/manager. This lovely, sweet woman and another associate seems like were the only two working this Sunday night and it was packed at 8 o’clock. This lovely young lady was very upset understandably. (Not entirely sure what the reason was) The scheduler/manager needs to do better and have adequate staff on hand. It’s not fair for the employees to endure emotional/mental abuse when it is avoidable. Theyre great employees and offer great service. The least their manager can do is staff them well, especially on the weekends.
