- MRMike RamseyJul 29, 20231.0I have been going to the tropical smoothie location At Pinnacle in Rogers and the Centerton location because of their great service - I try to avoid the Lowell location, but Saturday afternoon at 2:44 pm the parking lot at the Lowell location was completely empty so I figured let me give them a try - I set for 1 minute at the drive thru no acknowledgment complete silence and I drove off - this kind of terrible service is why there parking lot and business was empty
