When I asked for fresh fries, the bigger girl in the back said “they were fresh,” but they were not even hot. My sister placed an order when we did, and we waited for 40 minutes for her singular taco and small drink. This location specifically has horrible service any time we come; the man and teenage girl working tonight were dismissive and seemed very clueless, like it was everyone’s first day. Not to mention, there were also a few other customers waiting ridiculously long times, yet it was not busy in drive-thru or lobby/online.

I placed my order online in advance, got to the store and it still took them 15 minutes to give me my order. Multiple people saw me standing there and made eye contact and didn’t once ask me if I’d been helped. They were all joking and laughing around with each other while slowly, and I do mean slowly taking their time making any food. I have no desire to come back to this store anytime soon.
