This lovely, sweet woman and another associate seems like were the only two working this Sunday night and it was packed at 8 o’clock. This lovely young lady was very upset understandably. (Not entirely sure what the reason was) The scheduler/manager needs to do better and have adequate staff on hand. It’s not fair for the employees to endure emotional/mental abuse when it is avoidable. Theyre great employees and offer great service. The least their manager can do is staff them well, especially on the weekends.

When I asked for fresh fries, the bigger girl in the back said “they were fresh,” but they were not even hot. My sister placed an order when we did, and we waited for 40 minutes for her singular taco and small drink. This location specifically has horrible service any time we come; the man and teenage girl working tonight were dismissive and seemed very clueless, like it was everyone’s first day. Not to mention, there were also a few other customers waiting ridiculously long times, yet it was not busy in drive-thru or lobby/online.
