    Had a coupon. Tried the chicken cordon blue sandwich. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. Fries were cold. Really good shake. Fast food but as good as any in NWA.

    I would recommend going to this location if you only want to receive half of your order. I used to frequent the drive thru at this Arby’s location a couple of times a month, but I’ve gotten really burned out on disappointing experiences after having something missing from my order every single time. Providing feedback directly through the feedback submission form on the receipt seems to go nowhere. So disappointing to be paying $15 for a sub-par fast food meal that doesn’t even include the side you ordered.

    The woman managing this place has no business managing anyone. The young men are working hard and were attentive and she continued to scream and bark orders at them while also speaking in a demeaning tone. She ruined my family’s lunch after a great morning together.
