  I go to this location weekly. This morning I went and as I was handed my drink, it began to spill in my car. I wasn't upset, I simply asked the young lady to wipe off my cup. She didn't even try to hide her annoyance. I watched her turn to her coworker and clearly say something rude like judging off the other girls reaction. When she handed my drink back she was very rude and told me not squeeze the cup next time. I highly regret the tip I left and will not be using this location anymore. If you don't like your job, don't ruin it for everyone else. As much as I go here, I know she's a newer employee. But she certainly should just be making the coffees instead of interacting with the public. She'll ruin this brands name in no time.

  Hands down the best coffee for on the go. Excellent customer service and their is always an up best vibe.

  ***DO NOT TRUST THEM TO PROVIDE DAIRY-FREE DRINKS!!!!! My daughter is allergic to dairy and ordered an oat milk drink when we drove by on 1/18/2026 between 7 am and 7:30 am. The drink contained dairy. She threw up all over my new car. It costs hundreds of dollars to have the interior detailed. Thanks a lot 7-brew in Lowell. If you have a food allergy, I recommend you go elsewhere. You cannot trust this location if you have food allergies. Luckily, they only made my daugther throw up and be sick all day, rather than sending her to the hospital.

  The staff is so kind and quick! I absolutely love their iced chai latte with cinnamon. Always a good pick me up when I go there! :)

  I visit this location almost daily, and the morning crew is excellent. However, the afternoon crew acted unprofessionally and irresponsibly. While I was inside my vehicle after receiving my drink, an employee jumped on a jug and sprayed an unknown substance that hit me and my company vehicle, then laughed it off. The same employee was flirting with another staff member instead of focusing on basic customer service. If this is how they expect to behave and receive tips, they are completely mistaken. This behavior was unacceptable and must be addressed by management. If you’re coming in the afternoon, I recommend going to a different 7 Brew location.
