  Love this location however it’s missing its upbeat staff it had over a year ago…they made my mornings and evenings more vibrant with their energy…new staff can learn a little from the “older staff” 😉😉🥰

  This is my favorite location. I’ve never had a bad experience here but once (which was talked to & resolved with the manager in charge that day). But these last two times where 7Brew had the ‘Jackpot Day’ (Motel Keychain & Car Coasters), I didnt receive the item. I drove back for the first one right after leaving the window & they said they couldn’t give me one because they weren’t sure if I did receive it or not. I mentioned that I hadn’t even left the parking lot & just made a full circle around the stand, still received a no. So I didn’t bother asking for it again and this second time with the coasters I didn’t bother due to the previous experience. I know as humans we forget things, but it is nice to receive the little fun things while treating yourself.

  I go to this location weekly. This morning I went and as I was handed my drink, it began to spill in my car. I wasn't upset, I simply asked the young lady to wipe off my cup. She didn't even try to hide her annoyance. I watched her turn to her coworker and clearly say something rude like judging off the other girls reaction. When she handed my drink back she was very rude and told me not squeeze the cup next time. I highly regret the tip I left and will not be using this location anymore. If you don't like your job, don't ruin it for everyone else. As much as I go here, I know she's a newer employee. But she certainly should just be making the coffees instead of interacting with the public. She'll ruin this brands name in no time.
