  Was excited this place opened since I'm from Texas, but it has the worst service I've had in a while, went about a year ago and waited in the drive through for over half an hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Today, I was the only costomer there (5:30 am), as soon as I walked in to order, without greeting me the employee rudely said "only mobil orders". There was nothing anywhere saying this, I honestly think they just didn't want to make food lol. I just walked out. Love the food, but 0 stars on service.

  They have great burgers, service and the overall design of the restaurant was great. I liked the order system and the employees were nice. This is an awesome restaurant.

  The cashier was more interested in talking with their co-workers then taking your order my fish came out overcooked and then it came out undercooked and after biting into undercooked fish I just took it with me to cook it more at home disappointed

  I’ve been to Whataburger locations all across the country, and I don’t say this lightly—Justin delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely engaging. Not the forced, scripted kind of “nice,” but the real thing—the kind you can’t train into someone. He made the interaction feel personal, effortless, and memorable. As someone who has managed multiple unit locations and understands what it takes to operate at a high level across teams, I recognize rare talent when I see it. Justin has it. His energy, presence, and attitude are the kind that elevate not just a shift—but an entire operation. Quite frankly, I would trust him to help run a multimillion-dollar business based on that alone. To be candid, I’ve had experiences at other Whataburger locations—especially around Little Rock—that fall well below this standard. That’s what made this visit stand out even more. This was a drastic and welcome contrast. Justin sets the bar. If more teams operated with his level of enthusiasm and care, the brand would be unstoppable. Five stars. No question.

  Whataburger is a 24hr operation. This morning at 4am at the Chenal location they were turning away folks telling them they were doing end of shift duties and that they would have to wait 45 minutes for food to be made. I Oder here often and pick up at this time. I had an online order. I had to leave without my food because they were going to make me late to work.
