  I went through the drive through of this Hwy 10 Wendy's recently, and there was not only no drive through line but nobody in the lobby. I was therefore surprised when I spent several minutes at the speaker waiting to be served. I finally muttered to myself "are they closed for some reason," despite it being early evening. I don't know if it was coincidence or if somebody heard me, but an annoyed voice came over the intercom, and said "can I help you?" I politely ordered a chicken wrap, and when I got to the window, I could see that the cashier had taken so long because she was in an argument or heated discussion with a friend, partner, family member, or who knows who on the phone. She did not speak to me as she conducted the transaction while animatedly talking on her cellphone. She maintained her rude demeanor. I finally got my wrap, and drove away. When I got to where I was going to eat it a few minutes later, I was disappointed to find that the chicken was cold. I don't mean barely warm: I mean refrigerator cold. It tasted awful. I should've returned in hindsight to get a refund, but the thought of dealing with that cashier again and fear I might get a "special ingredient" if I complained made me eat the $7 and the cold chicken wrap. I'll just never return to that location.

  Food was hot 🔥 fresh and fast!!! Manager that was in drive 🚗 thur had a beautiful smile and was very friendly. Thumbs up

  Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Not only did we get snapped at because we were being ignored in the drive through three cars behind us got their food first and by the time we got ours it was warm almost cold. Never will come back here absolutely disgusted
