    This is location once again customer service fell short. When ordering my food the person repeated my order wrong so I said again leading to a person on the line prepping to day and I quote… OH MY GAWDD. I let them know I was not trying to be difficult in any way. Food was fresh , but my order was wrong… they let me order a drink and didn’t have the purée for it so up charged me for a regular drink.

    Not sure who was behind the counter 🤔 but she was rude when I asked for dipping sauce, informed me it was .55. I paid it. She never looked at me like was not there or a bother. Place was not busy

    Customer service experience was lacking … when pulling in I was the only car in the lane or even at the restaurant … ordered my food kept being rushed and asked is that it ? When I asked for a moment and was ready the lady (Kimberly) copped me an attitude! If it wasn’t for me getting someone else food as well I would have left. Got to the window and still was rude. She didn’t give me a receipt which when I asked she snatched and hands it to me. No name tag had to get it off the receipt

    They need to re-teach employees and managers about holding time. Cause it is not fair for customers to be charged full price for old, cold food. If you don't wanna cook fresh food, then clock out and go home. Cause you messing up the business. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and it was ice cold. I expected such, because when I ordered it, the manager was already at the window with it. So unless there is a genie working the deep fryer, ain't no way possible that food is fresh. And for a manager to serve cold food says alot. The guy that's normally there, takes good care of the customer. I don't know what happened tonight but it was not good.
