  Ice machine never works, fountain drinks come out room temperature. The bottled drink cooler is empty today, like it was yesterday. I placed my order online and it would only let me order a bottled drink for a $0.60 up charge, I get here and they don't even have any bottled drinks. What a joke. This place is abysmal!

  The people at the counter are absolutely horrible . She pays no attention and was insistent on making my sandwich the way she wanted vs what I actually asked for . She was on her phone the entire time and would not pay attention

  Just stopped in for lunch and it is closed. No sign on door stating it is closed.

  The manager needs to give Will M. a raise! He was all alone helping more customers than I can count! He was patient and efficient. He never stopped and always took precautions with gloves and knives. He was a one man show and he did it without complaining. He really does deserve a raise for what he has to do alone. This is not the first time I have seen home alone either.
