    Most stalls screen is not working. Had to hit the button twice to get them to take our order. Two of the 4 drinks were wrong and I had to go to 3 different stalls hitting the button twice on each before someone came out and asked me what was needed. Service is slow and no one seems happy to be working. Do not recommend!!

    Attempted to order food, multiple times and at multiple stalls. Was ignored each time. Employees were clearly there and there was clearly no emergency. I've been here a couple of times before; service is incredibly slow even if it's not busy and they actually decide to take your order instead of hanging up on you. Edit: I've gone to support.sonicdrivein like you tell everyone to do. I have no idea if my feedback was actually accepted or not. Your website is atrocious.

    don’t know what’s going on at Sonic Drive-In, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade and was handed nothing but carbonated water—no flavor, no syrup, just straight fizz. That alone should’ve been an easy fix. Instead, I waited 15 minutes just to get the original drink, then had to request a remake because it wasn’t even made correctly. After that, I sat there for over 20 more minutes waiting on the replacement. During that time, I had to press the call button multiple times just to get someone’s attention. When someone finally responded, I was told, “Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot—what stall are you in? I’ll be right out.” Forgot. So now we’re past the 30-minute mark… for a single drink. And when it finally came out? No apology. No acknowledgment. Not a word. Just handed off like it was nothing. That’s not just slow—that’s careless, inattentive, and completely lacking any kind of customer service. If a place can’t manage a basic drink order or even offer a simple “sorry,” something is seriously broken. Do better. Because right now, this isn’t fast food—it’s just wasted time and zero respect for the customer.

    I visited the Little Rock, AR Westhaven DR Little Rock 72211 location at 11:15 p.m. Their lights were off when we pulled up. When we pulled up, the screens and lights were off. When we told them we were here, they told us we were only accepting mobile orders. Then we were told that they didnt have any sausage or egg for my friends order. This location is unprofessional and its still been almost 15 minutes since I placed my order and still havent received it. They dont answer the phone either. The men are inside screaming profanities as well. I ordered the strawberrry horchata, they claimed the ice cream machine is down because they’re about to close in 20 minutes but we placed the order at 11:20.

    Unfortunately this Sonic has been going downhill over the last year. I feel like they are understaffed and the workers are trying their hardest to take care of everyone, but the wait times are insane. I feel like the location should close for a few weeks and hire some more people, train them, and have a full crew instead of leaving all the work for 2 employees. It's not fair and I feel for them. The food is fine, it just takes 20-40 minutes to get it depending on the time of day and staff count. And to the workers - I'm so sorry if people are rude to y'all because of this - I'm sure it's stressful and I just want to acknowledge that I see y'all working hard.
