  I had an excellent experience at Saltgrass Steak House thanks to the outstanding service from Siva (manager) and Adam (bartender). From the moment I walked in, the Siva made sure everything was running smoothly and checked in to ensure we were well taken care of. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. Adam was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled. Drinks were perfectly made, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. They created a welcoming atmosphere that made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Great food is expected at Saltgrass, but it’s the exceptional service from staff like this that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful experience at Saltgrass in Little Rock. The food was absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. It was all hot and very fresh, and the service was on point! Our server, Crystal very professional, friendly and attentive, she did a great job. Siva, the Manager came by our table to make sure everything was ok. He was super friendly and truly wanted to make sure our dining experience was the best. My bacon wrapped filet was delicious and I tried the cheesecake at Siva’s recommendation. It is the absolute best I have ever eaten! We had not been to this location in a few years due to below average service the last time we were there. We will definitely be back, in fact we joined their rewards program and look forward to our next dining experience with them.

  Had a great overall experience tonight. Our server was Isaiah- he was super nice & accomdated all our needs. Not only did our food come out hot & correct the 1st time, it was absolutely delicious! The manager Seeva was very friendly and funny. We are from hot springs & we will be back!

  Siva as a manager and Dale as our server far exceeded my expectations. Their personality and professionalism set the bar so high that considered them both the epitome of excellence. This made date night for my wife and I heaven on earth. Thanking these two isn't enough.. Humans like these two gentleman are an anomaly.. Thank you

  I recently had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this establishment, and I feel obligated to warn others. Shortly after eating here, I became extremely ill with what appeared to be food poisoning. Within hours of leaving the restaurant, I started experiencing severe stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms that made it very clear something I ate was not handled or prepared properly. It was a miserable experience that lasted well into the next day. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated when I tried to address the issue. I contacted the restaurant to let them know what had happened, hoping they would take it seriously and possibly investigate the food handling practices. Instead of concern or even basic courtesy, the manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by bringing it up and immediately tried to deny any responsibility without even asking basic questions about what I ordered or when I was there. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no reassurance that they would look into the issue to prevent it from happening to someone else. The lack of professionalism and empathy from management was honestly shocking. Food poisoning is not something to take lightly, and restaurants should care about the health and safety of their customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this place clearly does not prioritize either. Between getting sick and being treated with complete disrespect by management, I will never be returning and would strongly advise others to be cautious before eating here. Management needs to be replaced and the health department needs to visit ASAP I will reporting to them and the better business bureau.
