As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- RBRonda BlackApr 2, 20262.0the dining room was closed and locked. Thank goodness it stopped raining. I ordered online 15 minutes before I got there and then after I arrived 2 men ordered and they got their food before I did and I waited an additional 10 minuets. When I got back to the office they gave me a small fry instead of medium so I went back and they gave me a medium fry plus a free large drink. A woman was waiting for her order that she placed in the drive thru and she waited 15 minutes before walking to the window. I think they're struggling at that store. The cashier was really nice. It only looked like there were 2 people working in the kitchen. Hope they get add'l help. I really like their food :)

The meat was tender and juicy with crispy bacon! I loved the sauce on the burger! Everything pairs so well! The fires were crispy too and I liked the seasoning! I wish we had one of these in Colorado because I really enjoyed the food and it was quicker than a McDonalds drive through!
- NNNickMar 22, 20261.0Went to Rallys two times Friday and Saturday on both occasions food was cold wrong order was given to me. Employees walking around with tissue paper in there nose waited 45minutes for order. The man in drive through was very slow and unprofessional and unable to get orders out on time.
