  The manager was super sweet I placed my order at the wrong Pizza Hut and she went ahead and made my order while I was canceling the wrong one and had it ready in mins I appreciate that especially being on my break!

  Thumper is great! Customer service…this person knows how to keep a customer regardless of the situation. Delivery driver got the pizza to my house hot and was very polite as well! Thanks again!

  I usually do not go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but I have had nothing but issues with this location. I have probably placed a total of 5-6 orders here within the past several months. Absolutely EVERY TIME my order is wrong. It has gotten to the point that I no longer even call to get a refund/my order fixed because they act like I’m the problem. My last order was supposed to have an order of Traditional buffalo mild wings. Not only was I shorted on the number (which has happened to me before, and when I called the guy acted like I was a problem for him)…but they were also the wrong flavor and the sauce had spilt all out of the bag. I was amazed that the delivery driver felt it was okay to leave that all over my front porch. Aside from that, if I order a cheese pizza, they’ll put pepperoni on it….if I order a stuff crust, they’ll give me pan. The list goes on and it’s almost hard to believe they can get it wrong every time. I genuinely will never order here again. I will drive across town to the Bowman location from now on because not only do they get the order right, but the quality is superior.
