- LJLaura JaquezApr 4, 20261.0This is the worst Papa John’s. If you order delivery in the app you will NEVER get your order but they’ll mark it as delivered and take your order. We’ve had orders come half made and they just took our money and never sent anything out. If you call they put you on hold forever.

This has been an ongoing issue for multiple years now, and that issue is simply that this store never has the necessary amount of employees to cover the sheer volume of orders that they receive. This, of course, has nothing to do with the employees themselves, but rather with management and the franchise owners. For years employees have been overworked and understaffed, which means that the product and service suffers. This is why I haven't placed an order from this location in over a year, but thought that I would give it another try in the new year. Sadly, I was proven wrong once again. Literally took an hour for a pizza! At least the employees were nice enough, despite the chaos that they seem to endure each shift.
