  My 14 year old was in Children’s Hospital for about a month. When she could start eating food again I tried 6th street. I went there every morning for 7 days and everyday was the same. Quickly and friendly at the drive thru. Everyone called me by my name. Food was hot and fresh every time! I just want to give a huge shoutout to the morning crew there. You all helped more than you know. Thank you.

  Well I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a meal and a McFlurry and it cost me $19 which seemed a little steep I got the food and the burger was cold but I had to wait on it I have no idea why I had to wait. Normally this is a very good place but that was a bad experience I have eaten there late at night and the food was fresh and very good. So I guess the quality of the food depends on who's working.

  I ordered some food for myself and while going through the drive thru a gentleman ask if I could buy him something to eat, I told him that after I get my food I would go inside with him to order him a meal. We went inside to order and another gentleman gave the first gentleman a few dollars then the older women who would take my order gave the First Gentleman a dirty look and said we don’t do that here. After I gave the order and paid I asked her if she thought that was rude she replied “ we don’t like THEM to ask our customers for money” first, I’m not sure what she meant by them could’ve meant homeless could’ve meant anything second since when is McDonald’s such a high and mighty establishment I guess the one on Broadway and Third, if this is how McDonald’s on Broadway in Little Rock treats people then don’t count me as a customer I will never be back. That gentleman was just hungry maybe that woman and maybe whoever was reading this might not know what that feels like. I’ve never been homeless but I have been hungry before and it sucks. And maybe that gentleman might be on drugs maybe he put himself in that position that doesn’t make him any less of a person he still deserves to eat!!!!

This place delivers on that front; it's reliably open all night, which is a lifesaver for night owls, shift workers, or anyone craving fries at odd hours. The drive-thru was quick even at that time—order placed and food in hand in under 10 minutes. Food was hot and fresh: Big Mac tasted standard (good, not amazing), fries were crispy, and the McCafé coffee hit the spot for a late-night pick-me-up. Staff was friendly enough—polite and efficient, no attitude despite the hour. On the downside, the interior could use some love: a bit cluttered with trays/trash, floors looked like they hadn't been mopped recently, and seating area felt dated. Not the cleanest McDonald's I've been to, but for fast food at 24/7, expectations are realistic. No major order mistakes or long waits, which is better than some other locations I've hit late. Overall, if you're in the area and need something open when everything else is closed, this is your go-to. Exceeds basic fast-food expectations for convenience and speed, especially late-night. Just don't expect a spotless dining room. Worth the stop for a quick bite!
