  I have to remember never to go to this McDonalds again. The drive-thru staff was extremely rude, even refusing pleasantries like speaking back when asked how they were doing or being thanked for doing tasks... even though the tasks were completed with an attitude. I somewhat expected a bad experience when I had to scream my order through the window about four times, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Despite that, I wouldn't have left a review except for the fact that I asked for well-done fries, and they gave me fries that look like they were found under a car seat a few days ago... the chicken nuggets do not taste fresh. While no LR location beats the Broadway downtown location, I still expected a better experience than I received today. I will not be back.

  Absolutely hustlin' tonight. Very polite and speedy. Drive thru like 2 minutes for the entire order, payment, food. Always appreciate the speed and care even at night. Thanks!

  This used to be my neighborhood McDonald's, where lots of people would meet. The last few years, it's gone downhill fast. I never eat-in any more, mainly because the staff are unfriendly and slooooow. Every once in a while I'll go through the drive thru, but I almost always end up parked for 20-30 minutes, waiting for them to "fresh cook" the food, which is always cold. Same thing yesterday. I give up.

  My french fries were just warm, not hot, my double cheese burger tasted old, all the soft drinks are off, their chicken nuggets are horrible. I did not enjoy my meal here. The customer service was just ok.
