  I went to this location for breakfast drive thru at 3:36 am as it was the closest location to me that showed open. After I arrived I was informed that they would be closed for the next 2 hours. I informed them the website said they were 24 hours. She sighed loudly and then said pull forward. When I got to the window she said I needed the cancel the order she tried to give me instructions to do it but I didn't hear her so she asked for my phone and cancelled the order. Meanwhile a line had formed behind me with others who had placed orders or were trying to use the drive thru as again the website says this is a 24 hour location. I did a complaint and they sent me an email, however; this was not a situation that could be improved. This has happened before at different times there.This location consistently will say they are closed anytime you try to place an order between 1am and 5am. They really need to clarify if this is indeed a 24-hour location.

  Ordered a Big Arch Meal at the McDonald’s on University Avenue by Park Plaza Mall, and I didn’t realize until I was halfway through the sandwich that one of the patties was still raw. The photos show obvious pink, undercooked meat. That is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. The service made it even worse. Another customer cut in line, my mobile order was apparently out of order in their system, and instead of fixing it professionally, an employee argued with me and was rude even though the problem was not my fault. I was trying to get my food and get back to work, not sit there and be talked to like that. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and gross. I won’t be back.

  Charged me for a mobile order I had to cancel because they ran out of ingredients (sausage for burritos). I was explicitly told the charge wouldn't go through by the drive-thru worker. Lower your expectations when eating here and watch your bank account.

  my friends and i came last night after a concert, we specifically ordered 2, of the same things, before we drove up i only saw 1 of those items on the screen. my husband asked the lady who handed us our food if it was correct, she said yes. we still pulled up and checked before we left. we were missing 2 fries, 1 (10 nuggets) 1 sandwich.. we drove around and let the lady know what we were missing, she went and got the lady who took our order.. the lady who took our order was being SO mean. we tried telling her that we were missing our items and she went on saying what we “ordered”. she began rolling her eyes and making short comments. we paid for our second order, and just asked if we could get the fries to our other meal that we didn’t get, and she made it out to be as if we were wanting free food from them.. we also sat in the line for over 20 minutes before making it to the speaker, and over 7 minutes to get a response.

  They got my order wrong and then they didn't answer the phone and then they just didn't have good food. My chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard.
