  Ordering inside pickup here is consistently a bad experience. For whatever reason my app wont order ahead for pickup in drive through or curbside, only inside and of course i dont notice til its already placed. The wait time seems to be an average of about 20 minutes. If you go to the counter for help, employees will just stare at you and wait for the one disgnated counter person I guess to come help. The drive through is always fast and most of the time will.get your order right. Just seems like if.they didnt want to serve people inside, they could just shut it down.
