    I love the fact that Jimmy John's offers an unwich but because of the cross contamination, it's not safe for people with Celiac Disease. The sandwich was good, except for getting sick afterwards but that's a risk that I knowingly took, not their fault. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because I ordered through the app and waited so long for them to tell me that it was ready that I finally just went to the store and my order had just been sitting there for who knows how long. I got the notification that it was ready an hour and a half after I picked it up. But the food was good, the staff was friendly, and they got everything except a minor request right so I'll give them a 4.

    I would like to leave a more positive review but EVERY TIME I attempt to order in the drive through, I am informed that it will be a 10 to 15 minute wait. 1 or 2 times is cool but this is literally the 7th. I just wanted to try the new gyro but I only get a short lunch break. What's happening at this location in the evenings? I would like to understand.

    My first visit to Jimmy John’s will also be my last.went through the drive-thru because I didn’t want to go inside. Unfortunately, the person taking orders was rude from the beginning and acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. Since it was my first time, I asked a simple question at the window before paying ,whether the sandwich came with cheese. Instead of being helpful, the response made it seem like adding cheese was a major hassle. Then to top it off I got home and discovered the bread was stale. For $10.38, I expected something fresh and at least decent quality. Between the poor customer service and stale food, the entire experience was disappointing. First impressions matter, and this one definitely wasn’t a good one

    I went to the drive thru at 10:13 and there was no greeting, can i take your order? Nothing. So I went inside and there were two workers, one said good morning and that was it. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even took my order or even asked if i was a mobile order. Literally just standing there as their completing other orders and what it appeared to setting up for the day. When my order was ready they called out my order and set it on the counter. No bag, no napkins, nothing. I asked do you guys have a bag i can use? The woman responded “yea its over he counter grab whatever you need”. Terrible customer service overall.
