  I cringe when I see the young guys working. The food is always literally thrown together, incorrect & they have an attitude when you mention it. My most recent visit was 4/9/26 & unfortunately I’m probably never coming back to this location after this. Management needs to do better with training!!!!

  The fresh bread and cookies are always delicious but what makes this location so amazing is the customer service. One young gentleman was training 2 new staff and didn't miss a beat while making sure we were taken care of. No long wait times, so kind and so professional. I always visit this location when I'm in Little Rock. What an amazing example of great customer service. Visited around 6:00PM on a Saturday, 3/28.

  Had 2 gentlemen working here on 3/28 that were outstanding. Full of "Yes Sir" and positive attitude, nothing but respect from the two of them. Probably my most positive fast food experience I've ever had.

  This place is in bad location. It has maybe 3 parking spaces in front. Also very tight place. If someone parks they have to backup let them out if can because others cars may be behind you. The good was ok but bland with hardly in sauce or condiments on sandwich after spending $20. The only happy part was 3 ladies inside were nice inside.

  This location is not up to JJ's standard. It appeared to be understaffed. The bread on my regular appeared to be closer to the Little John size and was too small to hold the ingredients for the layered taste/texture sensation that makes JJ's so good. Business was slow for a weekday lunch hour.
