  This was a really disappointing experience. Our order came out wrong and the food was cold by the time we were took it to our vehicle. The girl who took our order didn’t seem familiar with the menu and couldn’t answer basic questions, which made ordering frustrating. What made it worse was that there were several employees standing at the front, but only one girl was actually taking orders.

  I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience at @Tropical Smoothie Café – Rodney Parham and the response from @DYNE Hospitality Group. 😔 After sustaining significant damage to my vehicle due to visibility concerns related to landscaping in the parking lot, I reached out multiple times this week. Unfortunately, I received: • 📞 No return calls • ❓ No one checking to see if I was okay • 📝 No manager completing an incident report with me. I was given a card and email. I've been calling this company all week only to receive • 📄 A formal denial of liability without meaningful conversation. This decoration meant to protect hurt a customer and no one cares. As a loyal customer who visits and supports this location often, this was truly disheartening. 💔 Accidents can happen — but customer care, communication, and accountability matter. A simple conversation and proper follow-up would have made a significant difference. I sincerely hope this situation is reviewed more thoroughly. The businesses we support should also show support and care when concerns arise.

  Please explain asking for tips in drive through very tacky Tropical Smoothie. That’s your decision to do that please stop and pay your employees.

  never had a single good experience at this location. i used to go to the one on cantrell and was excited when this location opened up because it is on the way to work for me and is way more convenient. so, i gave this place multiple chances before i decided to give up. every time i order my smoothie it tastes like water and my wraps are never made correctly. i’m tired of spending a fortune on horrible quality and 15 minute wait times.
