- TGTrish GDec 6, 20251.0Worst experience ever at a Tropical Smoothie. We went through the drive thru 20 minutes to closing and no one ever came to the intercom. When we drove up after 5 minutes of waiting she asks if we have an online order which we did not and then tells us to go back through. When we go back she never comes to take our order but when another car pulls up to the other side, she takes their order. So we drive back to the window and asks why she didn't take our order and she tells us she was working on other orders. Mind you, it's past closing time at this point, so what orders are you taking? Worst customer service ever!!
