She asked what was wrong with my online order and when I told her my smoothie was not full like usual she gave me a look of disgust and decided not to answer me from that point on. She rolled her eyes and asked another young lady to remake it. This was highly offensive and extremely disrespectful - also unnecessary. Horrible way to treate a long time customer.

- RERB EastSep 10, 20251.0They got our order wrong twice … when my wife went back up to ask for the correct thing , the manager told my wife it was her responsibility to make sure the person taking the order read it back correctly. What she wanted was a spinach pesto breakfast wrap… we got a chicken pesto wrap twice. Third time finally got what was requested after it was stated to the manager three times what she wanted. My wife mentioned that the music they’re playing was so loud mixed with the fact that I am hard of hearing , made it difficult for anyone to hear anything correctly without shouting. Just very disappointing that simple customer service is so difficult to achieve.

- SHSelah HarmsSep 3, 20251.0I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and would go to the one in Benton at least once a week over my lunch break when I was working in that city. But this location on S University is awful. I’ve been to this one a few times as it is closer to my house than the others in Little Rock but every time, the wait has been much longer than the Benton location and the staff are just not very friendly. The last time I went to this location, they forgot to give me my side which I did not realize until getting home. And then this time today, they didn’t put the wontons on the Thai salad I ordered and my Mom said the smoothie I brought her was very melted, despite just having bought it all but 7 minutes ago. I think next time, I’ll just drive across town to another location. I don’t mean to be rude but after several negative experiences here, felt the need to let corporate know. Like I said, love this chain. Hopefully, corporate can help this location improve!
