It's my favorite and I get it all the time but it did not taste right. The previous time I went, the vibe seemed a little better and my smoothie tasted okay but this time was just not that great. O usually go to the one on Kanis but they were not open. I might return in the future but it is hit or miss.

Upon walking into the building there are three workers: the manager and worker at a table and a worker behind the counter cleaning. No one speaks. No one moves to take my order. Eventually, the manager says “Can you take her order for me?” To which the girl behind the counter does not respond and continues cleaning. I looked absolutely amazed (not in a good way) and look at the manager. She eventually gets up and comes to take my order saying “I’ll take your order when you’re ready.” I looked absolutely amazed at her because my flabber is gasted! I’m standing at the counter. She says “They don’t know you’re ready to order when you stand over there.” Where? In front of one of the two registers! Then, the manager and girl start having a loud interaction “I’m doing something! Cleaning! Like you told me to do!” The manager takes my order, walks to the window, takes another order, goes over to the ingredients and starts making my shake. NEVER WASHING HER HANDS!!!! The only saving grace was the man who came from the back and made my wrap. He walked my food out to me and smiled. I enjoy the Cesar wrap and smoothie from tropical smoothie but I won’t be coming back to this one. I’ll try the one in the shopping center bc the one on Rodney Parham didn’t put chicken in my wrap last week, which is why I came to this one. Sigh.
