  I placed a mobile order for pickup an hour from the order time. 10 mins later, I'm notified via text that my order was ready. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, Shayla. She informed me they make orders as received, despite the fact you can schedule later pickups in the app. I asked if they would remake the food since I was an hour away from being able to pick it up. She refused, citing "food costs" as the issue. Miss Shayla, I hope that food cost far exceeds whatever my call to corporate is going to cost. You were unhelpful and rude. Pro tip: take a little pride in the establishment you manage or maybe find another place that's outside of the service industry.

  When one goes to Taco Bell it is not absurd to believe that your food will be only good enough to eat and not really much more. Such is the premise with which I go to Taco Bell. Which is why I was dissapointed when this Taco Bell failed to provide the bare minimum, the food itself. I go in running late for work and getting a bite before I’m due in. I put in my order in the app, go up to the window, and I wait. And I wait. And I wait. After 20 minutes lost to doom scrolling I notice that have not yet gotten my food and am already late to work. Curious about the situation I go in and ask about it. The manager apologized politely and promises to make it promptly. To which one of the employees replies in a rude fashion that he’s not making my order. Puzzled by the ordeal I do just about the only thing I can do at this point, ask for a refund. The sympathetic manager tells me she can’t give me a refund because I ordered on the app. I attempt to get my refund in the app and surprise surprise the app is broken. I contact them via email and they give me one measly free item. I ordered like 3-4 things. Alls this to say this is the worst location that Taco Bell currently has open in Little Rock. It is more than worth it if you have the time to eat at the nearest Taco Bell which isn’t even 10 minutes away.

  I don't know if I just got lucky but I had a great experience that makes the current 2.6 average seem unfair. Location was clean, service extremely friendly, and food was exactly what I ordered. I'll drop through again if I'm in the area without any hesitation.

  if I order nacho fries, I EXPECT DAMN NACHO FRIES AND NOT JUST SOME UNSEASONED FRIES. 😔😔😔😔

  The tacos are not the same they have barely any meat in it the rest in the taco is cheese and lettuce. Taco shells are not hard. Highly disappointed by their main item which is a simple hard taco. And if you want a supreme Taco get ready to pay 3 plus dollars for one taco supreme I used to love to get the box with the tacos in it that is no longer served I guess cuz I never see the option I don't like burritos but I always have to get the meal deal for seven or eight or nine dollars just to get one hard taco that really sucks otherwise. Service staff nice
