  I just left Taco Bell on Broadway and they served me food that wasn't fit for a dog to eat. Then tried to hide the manager from getting on the phone so that I could talk to him or her! I will not be going back there for any kind of food!

  If you order here they rush your food and will even have things missing, you WONT get what you paid for. the workers are very rude, and don't like you in their dining room for too long even IF you order a big meal. If you make phone calls to them, they constantly interrupt making it hard for even the most simple conversations. They can't handle any constructive criticism. It's just NOT the place ide take my family to eat and highly recommend Not spending money there.

  Ordered Taco Bell on the mobile app for the South Broadway Little Rock location after 3 am today (Sunday). All of the lights were on when I got there. They were supposed to be open 24 hours. I went through the drive thru and the lady told me that they are only doing Door Dash orders. I told her that my mobile order went through. She said she isn’t going to accept it on her end and told me if I want a refund then I need to cancel it on my end. So I did because she refused to make it. I don’t understand how they’re capable of completing Door Dash orders, but can’t take other orders. She didn’t give me a reason either. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.

  As is tradition with the other restaurants on this strip, the hours they say their open they aren’t actually open. I don’t know if they’re trying to skip out on actually staying open their full hours and go home early but after 1 they only do uber eats orders so even if the app says it’s open. It’s not. Don’t waste your time. Starve. It’s a much better alternative

  Went to lobby at 9:50 told us lobby closes at 10 & said we can’t eat inside. Asked them to take our order and pick up in drive through they said no. Horrific customer service.
