Ordered our food, I was then told that for what I had ordered would be cheaper with the 9 dollar lux box so I agreed to it. I asked them if they'd substitute the doritos taco with a soft taco woth steak, no beef. I got told "I got you". I took their word for it. Got back to the house, we were shorted both soft shell tacos, I asked for no fiesta straps, extra rice and sour cream on my grilled cheese steak burrito. I got fiesta strips, no extra anything, and maybe 3, yes THREE pieces of steak on my burrito. The nachos fries of the other meal were ice cold, the chicken strips were very hard, and the cinnamon twists were very lightly seasoned as well as they tasted old and stale rather than fresh. Bad part is that they were tipped about 5 bucks! Not a very happy customer AT ALL!! Luckily for them, there's ice on the road 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
